The Chicago White Sox were embarrassed by the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night by a score of 16-3. White Sox starter, Dylan Cease gave up a lot of runs in a short amount of time. He only lasted 3 innings. The Boston Red Sox had 19 hits and many of those hits were for extra bases, all over the field. The White Sox could not get to Boston's starter Nick Pivetta. White Sox had only six hits the entire game. Andrew Vaughn, Tim Anderson and Jose Abreu each had two hits. The White Sox send Lucas Giolito to the mound on Wednesday to help get the team back on track.
