Chicago White Sox bring back Elvis Andrus and Pedro Grifol works on developing team chemistry. The question of who will start second base for the White Sox might have turned into who will be the backup second baseman? Andrus returns to the Sox on a reported one year, $3 million dollar deal. This will be the first position change for Andrus in his career but the Sox are willing to take the risk. With the ban of the shift, second basemen will need more range and as a lifelong shortstop, Andrus can do that. Yoan Moncada and Luis Robert, Jr. are healthy and better prepared for the spring as they are also gearing up to represent Team Cuba in the World Baseball Classic.
