That should start with playing rookie offensive tackle Jaelyn Duncan over Andre Dillard as Dillard has proven to be the worst starting offensive lineman in the NFL. Next, furthering that focus on the future, the Titans should be getting more snaps for young players on offense like Tyjae Spears, Josh Whyle and Colten Dowell. Finally, on defense, it is time to give Monty Rice more snaps as Azeez Al-Shaair has proven he isn't the answer.
