Wyatt Johnston Ranked in Top Players Under 23! | Which Dallas Star is Most Improved amongst the NHL?

On today's Rankings Extravaganza on Locked On Stars, Joey looks at two lists including rankings of the top NHL prospects under the age of 23 and the top 10 most improved players this season. Starting with the the top players under 23, Wyatt Johnston comes in at number 10, the rankings include grades on Skating, Puck Skills, Hockey Awareness and more. Joey has a bone to pick with the skating rating they gave Johnston. Each player is among a tier as well, Johnston's tier was NHL All-Star. Other names that made the list were Logan Stankoven, Thomas Harley, Lian Bichel and Mavrik Bourque. The next list is the most improved players in the NHL this season, some names such as Tyler Seguin were left off the list since he is a big name that is having a bounce back season. At number 3 is Thomas Harley, not only has Harley established himself as an every day player, but a top pairing defensemen who's been productive offensively with minimal power play time. Since December, he's playing just over 21 minutes per game and has played the most amongst defensemen since the injury of Miro Heiskanen. To finish the episode, we preview the Philadelphia Flyers. The Stars begin a four game road trip tonight and have to face a much improved Flyers team that is 2nd in the Metro division. Joey looks at players such as Travis Konecny, Joel Farabee, Travis Solheim and they're stud goalie Carter Hart. The Stars need to pick up points ahead of the All-Star break because their schedule in February gets really tough.
