Why the Dallas Stars can fix their issues! Can they find answers on the road??

The Dallas Stars finished a five game home stand on Friday blowing another multiple goal lead to finish 2-2-1 during the stretch. On today's episode of Locked On Stars, Joey gives his biggest takeaways from the last week and a half and why although the Stars inconsistency in play is concerning he is not worried. Through 19 games this season, the Stars are in a very similar position to last year, the good thing is the offense and play has been contributing to large leads and sustained time of great play. Joey believes the attention to detail especially in the defensive zone will help close games out as the season goes along. The good news is Dallas will play on two road games this week where the Stars are 7-1-1 on the road this season. A combination of great goaltending, timely scoring on special teams and limiting chances from the opposition have made the Stars really stingy away from the AAC. In the final segment, Joey believes that Jake Oettinger and the team in front of them can fix a lot of their issues, it is much simpler than it might appear. Back checking hard, stopping in front of your own net, winning races to loose pucks and tying up your man will lead to better play. What do you think the Stars need to do better this week?
