On today's show, Dane does a deep dive on the career of Sergei Zubov, who will have his number 56 retired in the rafters of the American Airlines Center on Friday night. Zubov was drafted in the 5th round of the 1990 NHL draft by the NY Rangers. After helping the Rangers win the Stanley Cup in 1994, he would eventually find his way to Dallas, where he would be a key player in helping the Stars capture their first championship in franchise history in 1999. Sergei did so much for the NHL and the Stars. His legacy is already one of the best in league history, but it will be forever immortalized on Friday night when 56 is put in the AAC rafters forever.
