The Oklahoma Sooners have emerged as the preseason favorites to win the Big 12 in 2022. It's only surprising because of how national media types felt about the program just five months ago. But as a program, the Sooners have been the dominant force in the Big 12 for much of its existence, No reason to shy away from that reality now. What's interesting is Texas, who was 5-7 last season and lost to Kansas, is considered a close second in the conference by the odds makers.
