New Orleans Saints, Mike Sullivan Would be Uninspiring Hire for Offensive Coordinator

The New Orleans Saints intend to interview Pittsburgh Steelers QB coach Mike Sullivan for their open offensive coordinator position. But hiring him would be the most uninspiring possibility from the search list. The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't properly found a way to develop quarterbacks, nor do they have much success to lean on when it comes to the offense and Sullivan's offenses with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants weren't very inspiring either.

Dan Pitcher is staying with the Cincinnati Bengals as their newest offensive coordinator after Brian Callahan took over the Tennessee Titans head coaching job. But it truly isn't the biggest lost for New Orleans based on the Bengals' style and usage of motion in particular.
