The Cincinnati Reds most important position battle in Spring Training is the fourth and fifth spots of the starting rotation. Tuesday's win against the Los Angeles Dodgers underscored how important good pitching is to a team that may or may not have consistent run producers in the lineup. Brandon Williamson and Luke Weaver have begun to set themselves apart from the pack while, for differing reasons, it looks like Conner Overton and Luis Cessa will be in the Reds bullpen. The outfield is also an important position battle, especially if Wil Myers has to play a lot of first base in Joey Votto's absence. Jake Fraley looks like a lock while TJ Friedl is making the case. Will Benson is right there with them, but that means there needs to be some right-handed bats, too. Is Nick Senzel going to be there? Will an unknown in Henry Ramos make the Reds roster? Also, could the Reds possibly take advantage of a trade opportunity?
