There is one big concern for Elly De La Cruz that the Cincinnati Reds have as they enter Spring Training. Dayton Dragons play-by-play announcer Tom Nichols joins the show to discuss Elly De La Cruz and his immense talent but why there is a key factor he must overcome to live up the enormous hype surrounding the Reds youngster.
