Cessa should not be competing against Brandon Williamson, though, but instead it should be Cessa against Luke Weaver. The Athletic had some hypothetical contract extension ideas for Jonathan India and Tyler Stephenson and if they're any close to reality, the Reds should do them yesterday. The real contracts may look much different for India and Stephenson and makes us wonder if one of them may get traded in the next few seasons.
