Where's The Roof?

St. Petersburg unveiled seven options for the 86-acre Tropicana Field site redevelopment. Many of these renderings include a new baseball stadium that's missing one key component--a roof. Kevin and Ulises discuss these proposals and what this means for the Tampa Bay Rays' future in the area, as either a part-time or full-time team. They also discuss the necessity for the Rays to move out of St. Pete entirely, as a new stadium--no matter how pretty or expensive--doesn't solve the attendance crisis which is consistently blamed for low payrolls, money crunches, etc. Baseball trivia, also.
