In yet ANOTHER candidate for best win of the season, the Rangers run their winning streak to seven in a row by rallying out of a three-goal deficit to take down the Edmonton Oilers, 5-4 in the shootout! Why the 4-1 first-intermission deficit wasn't as brutal as it seemed. Gerard Gallant rallies the troops in the first intermission, telling them, "We're not losing this game." Also giving Gallant props for not yanking Igor Shesterkin, who slammed the door in the second period, third period, overtime and the shootout after a tough first period! Sticking up for the concept of avoiding ties with shootouts after Connor McDavid complained. Episode 774.

PSA: Jon has been under the weather, hence the reasons for these episodes dropping later than usual. We will cover the loss to Calgary on Monday, but this win was just too good not to give it its own episode. We will also cover the developing Tyler Motte trade!
