Pitt Football saw running back Daniel Carter stand out in a big way during the Spring and the Spring Game. However, with three running backs in Israel Abanikanda, Vincent Davis, and Rodney Hammond, how can Carter find any playing time within the rotation? Is there any room for him to try and get the playing time he seeks outside of the fullback position?

If Carter is to get playing time with his physicality and special quickness for his size, how will that affect the rest of the running backs? Could we see specific sets where two running backs are on the field? Could we see a more fluid rotation with all of these guys?

Then, Eric Kasperowicz is leaving Pitt as a volunteer assistant and heading back to the high school coaching ranks in the WPIAL. What effect does the loss of Kasperowicz have on the staff? Could there be a Mars to Pitt pipeline building?
