The Chicago Bulls aren't doing a great job of tanking and the Detroit Pistons aren't doing any good at winning.

But Pistons fans often look longingly down I-94 at their Midwest counterparts who decided to go tank-mode this year with a rebuild that started last summer with a trade that looks a lot better now than it did around draft time.
