The Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Islanders played ANOTHER chaotic game on Tuesday night as this was a back-and-forth affair. Hunter starts off the show by laying into the team (while laughing) about the shootout as it was the same old story for the Penguins. He again explains why the Penguins are maybe trying to get the league to abolish the shootout with these attempts were terrible. He also bashes the overtime power play and looks at what the Penguins need to do better in that kind of situation moving forward (if they get another PP in an OT game this year). After that, he compliments Casey DeSmith's play and why it was the right call to start him, plus how he really wasn't to blame for most of those goals tonight. He then goes into Kris Letang's performance and why the Penguins need more out of him. Yes, the bad games are few and far between, but when he's bad, it's REAL bad. Hunter then praises Jake Guentzel and Danton Heinen as they played tremendously, plus goes into why Crosby and Rakell need to stay on a line together.
