The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced their first new contract and no it's not Kris Letang or Evgeni Malkin. Jeff Carter has been signed for two more years and Hunter gives his thought on the move as he starts by saying it makes a lot of sense in multiple ways. He goes into how this shows that the Penguins are not planning on rebuilding anytime soon, plus how Geno and Letang are still in good shape.
