Earlier this week, the Carolina Panthers placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on pass rusher Brian Burns as the team and Burns were unable to agree to a new deal prior to the start of free agency. Now that Burns has been tagged, how likely is it that the Panthers will look to trade him prior to the start of the new league year?
