The Carolina Panthers felt so strongly about Bryce Young that they were willing to give up a future first and second-round pick, including No. 1 wide receiver DJ Moore in order to trade up to the top pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Panthers owner David Tepper confirmed their great belief in Young when he said on draft night that among the available quarterbacks in the draft Young gave the franchise the best probability to win multiple Super Bowl championships.
