Steve Sarkisian has made some really good hires since he was been named the Head Coach of the Texas Longhorns Football Team, in 2021. Last year, Sark hired Gary Patterson, one of the most highly regarded head coaches in college football for the last two decades. With the news that Patterson would not be returning, Sarkisian made the decision to replace him, while also adding two more members to his coaching staff, members who all have impressive resumes of their own. Paul Chryst (former Wisconsin Head Coach), Payam Saadat (Two decades of D-1 experience) and Joe DecaMillis, who has three decades of NFL special teams experience can bring a lot to a staff and team who are trying to do some significant winning for the first time in over a decade at the 40 acres. Regardless of how much imput they'll have on a weekly basis, these hires will undoubtedly help this Texas football team in the long run this year.
