Ilya Sorokin was outstanding but the New York Islanders were not. Sorokin kept the Isles close but they fell in OT 3-2 in Buffalo in a game that wasn't as close as the final score. There were some bright spots including Brock Nelson finally ending his drought and a great game by Matt Martin but the Isles were outshot and again struggled to clear their zone.

Sorokin was also named to the NHL All Star Weekend and we discuss why he definitely deserves to go.
