The Washington Huskies should be preparing to move on from head basketball coach Mike Hopkins, who hasn't made the NCAA Tournament with the team since the 2018-19 season and has struggled this year despite having the Pac-12 scoring leader in Keion Brooks Jr., and the conference's assists leader Sahvir Wheeler. Hopkins is likely to be fired at the end of the season and could potentially be replaced by his top assistant, Seattle native Will Conroy.
