While Mike Woodson and the Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team have had a very active summer, the women's basketball team and Teri Moren have been much quieter. However, that doesn't mean they haven't been active both in the transfer portal and in recruiting.

On today's episode of Locked on Hoosiers, Jacob Rude (@JacobRude) is joined by Peegs women's basketball beat writer Talia Goodman (@goodmansport) to discuss the offseason for IU, starting with the transfer portal activity. While the Hoosiers landed Sharnecce Currie-Jelks, there was no more transfer activity which could be a sign of confidence in the team's current youngsters.

On the recruiting trail, the Hoosiers landed a pair of commitments in 2024 prospect Sydney Fenn and 2025 prospect Maya Makalusky. The team has also remained active in recruiting with Goodman providing a number of prospects the coaching staff is targeting.

The show wraps by looking ahead to next season and what the Hoosiers have coming back, namely in Mackenzie Holmes. Will the likes of Sydney Parrish, Yarden Garzon, Chloe Moore-McNeil and others be able to step up and fill the void left by Grace Berger?
