As he puts the finishing touches on one of the best seasons in Indiana Hoosiers basketball history, Trayce Jackson-Davis has potentially played his way into the first round of 2023 NBA Draft. After not being projected to even be drafted last year, TJD has almost guaranteed himself inclusion in this year's draft.
On today's episode of Locked on Hoosiers, Jacob Rude (@JacobRude) looks at a handful of mock drafts to see where Jackson-Davis falls in the projections. Jalen Hood-Schifino will join him in the draft as a sure-fire first-round draft pick that could go as high as the lottery.
Both the Hoosier men's and women's basketball teams have locked themselves into higher seeds in the NCAA Tournament. The men's team looks slated to be a four or five seed while the women's team is almost entirely locked into the No. 2 overall seed.
The show wraps by looking at the men's Big Ten standings and the convoluted mess it is. Despite the Hoosiers having only three games left in the season, nothing is set in stone as they vie for the double-bye in the Big Ten Conference tournament.
