While the Indiana Hoosiers are not known for their football program, they could have one of the most underrated players in the Big Ten next season in Andre Carter. As part of a revamped defense from Tom Allen, Carter joins Tayven Jackson, DeQuece Carter and Philip Blidi as the biggest impact transfers for this season.
