The Indiana Hoosiers basketball team is going to have a lot of depth this season, something they weren't afforded in Mike Woodson's first season in Bloomington. The additions of Jalen Hood-Schifino and Malik Reneau and the returns of Trayce Jackson-Davis, Jordan Geronimo and Race Thompson should have the Hoosiers in a great spot.
On today's episode of Locked on Hoosiers, Jacob Rude (@JacobRude) analyzes what the second unit could look like for the upcoming season. Conceivably, IU could go 10-deep in the regular season and have up to 12 guys who could see minutes.
Geronimo's surge in the postseason last year for the Hoosiers proved vital in them making, and advancing in, the NCAA Tournament and proves plenty of reason for excitement this season. If Geronimo can become a reliable 3-point shooter, he could unlock another level of his or IU's game.
