Cleo Hill is hitting his stride as he leads Winston Salem State to their 2nd CIAA tournament in 3 seasons. After a defensive game vs Virginia Union, the Rams had more offensive game vs Lincoln. An abundance of free throw attempts and a big advantage in rebounding allowed for them to make up for the poor shooting
