Tyler Macon vs Aaron Allen for Alcorn Starting QB| 4 Candidates for North Carolina A&T HC

There’s a QB Battle brewing at Alcorn State between Tyler Macron and Aaron Allen, and North Carolina A&T has 4 candidates, including Jim Caldwell, for their head coaching position. Jailon Howard and Brandon Savage transferred within the conference, with Howard going from Prairie View A&M to Southern University and Howard going from Norfolk State to Morgan State.

There’s a QB Battle brewing at Alcorn State between Tyler Macron and Aaron Allen. Allen was the starter last year, and the Alcorn passing offense was not up to its standard. Tyler Macron comes in from Missouri as a potential upgrade.

North Carolina A&T has 4 candidates, including Jim Caldwell, for their head coaching position. Courtney Coard, Jerry Mack, and Shawn Gibbs round out the top 4 with Caldwell. Caldwell would be the splashiest hire but these other guys have experience in North Carolina HBCUs. They also bring a high level of success along with them.

Jailon Howard and Brandon Savage transferred within the conference, with Howard going from Prairie View A&M to Southern University and Howard going from Norfolk State to Morgan State. Howard brings an explosive deep threat to Southern, where his former coach now coaches. Howard returns home to join a Morgan State team with a much brighter future.
