Albany State offered the controversial Marcus Stokes a scholarship, and Kyle Jackson is the full time Bowie State head coach instead of the interim coach. Howard and Maryland Eastern Shore are the hottest teams in the MEAC at the moment.

Albany State offered the controversial Marcus Stokes a scholarship. There’s no way you could have gotten me to do the same. Stokes is a white QB who got his Florida scholarship revoked for saying the N word on campus. This just feels like an acceptance of what he did.

Kyle Jackson is the full time Bowie State head coach instead of the interim coach. This hiring continues the tradition of BSU alumni putting on other BSU alumni. Dr. Henry Frazier iii had Damon Wilson on his staff then Damon Wilson had Kyle Jackson on his staff. In a way, you could say that each guy put the other on.

Howard and Maryland Eastern Shore are the hottest teams in the MEAC at the moment. Both of these teams are currently on a 4 game win streak. Howard has been blazing on offensively while UMES is a dominant defensive squad.
