Jackson State football has put $30 million into the Jackson, Mississippi economy. With everything going on in Jackson right now, this has an elevated importance. Attendance has increased greatly in 2021 and the money reflects the increase.

Now that Eric Dooley has left Prairie View, they are looking for a new head coach. I have a couple of names already related to HBCUs that the Panthers should look at. As long as they aren't looking to go the interim route, these are names that should at least be on their radar.

As we wrap up the show, we discuss the inaugural Unity Series game between Kentucky and Southern. The Unity Series is a 5 year series between a SWAC program and Kentucky. In addition to the game there are also events to help athletes and coaches on both sides educate themselves.
