Huge Matchups to Watch Throughout the HBCU Football Season!

Magic City Classic, Bayou Classic, and the formerly Capital City Classic all make the list among some of the top matchups on the way with this HBCU football season.

The MEAC-SWAC Challenge kicks off the season on ESPN in a primetime Saturday (August 28) night game between North Carolina Central vs. Alcorn State. Phillip Harper is All-SWAC caliber and will lead his team into battle against an NC Central team looking for answers.

Deion Sanders will bring Jackson State to Miami to take on Florida A&M in the Orange. Blossom Classic. The game is already almost sold out to 65k-70k and will be televised on ESPN2. Two of the biggest brands in HBCU football go head to head. Shedeur Sanders will call the shots for Jackson, but FAMU is no push-over. Don't forget the band battle to close it all out!
