Alabama State head coach Donald Hill‑Eley is reportedly on the hot seat. After losing Michael Jefferson to ULL, the focus goes to Ezra Gray and the rushing attack. But the front seven will help on the defensive side led by Bubba Adams.

Defending spring champions Alabama A&M have done a great job in the recruiting game as well. Adding Dee Anderson formerly of LSU and Oklahoma State was just the next flex by coach Connell Maynor.
