Appearing on the Sick Podcast Wednesday, GM Kelly McCrimmon said Mark Stone will be out for a while after a vicious collision with the Predators Yakov Trenin Tuesday night. McCrimmon said Stone would be evaluated but he won't be returning anytime soon. Stone had 53 points on the season so far. McCrimmon did say that Jack Eichel and William Carrier will be back soon. He said five players from the AHL Silver Knights will be on the road for the five-game trip following tonight's game against the hot Maple Leafs. The Leafs' Austin Matthew scored goals 50 and 51 in Wednesday's win in Phoenix. The Leafs are in third place in the Atlantic. We have our locks and predictions for tonight's contest.
