The New Jersey Devils were finally able to snap their lengthy home game losing streak. In an exciting overtime battle, they came out victorious against the New York Rangers by a score of 4-3. Damon Severson got the game-winning goal, however, Jack Hughes was the first star of the game. He dominated once again and kept the Devils within striking distance. It wasn't perfect, but the Devils got the job done.
