We welcome on writer, publicist, and author of the book, A Bitter Cup of Coffee, Doug Gladstone, to share with us why there are currently 614 former MLB players who are not eligible for the league's benefit plan and how the MLB and the Player's Association had turned it's back to these former players. Doug has been working to create awareness of this issue for the last decade and a half to no avail, so we brought on Doug to share the story of some of these players and why baseball has a moral duty to give something back to these players.
