The BYU Cougars need to have a better defensive showing in 2024 on defense if Kalani Sitake and Jay Hill hope to take the next step with the BYU football program and Jake Hatch says the defensive tackle position needs to take a step forward for Brigham Young University to make it happen

Jake then took a look at the showdown between 25th-ranked BYU men's basketball as they welcome the 11th-ranked Baylor Bears to the Marriott Center on the BYU campus tonight and Jake says the chances for BYU basketball to spring the upset will come on the defensive end of the court

Finally, the show wrapped up with some plaudits for BYU women's basketball star Lauren Gustin, who was named Big 12 Conference player of the week for the second-straight week while the BYU baseball capped their weekend in Arizona with a 6-2 loss to the Grand Canyon Antelopes
