The Los Angeles Chargers kicked off their mandatory mini camp Tuesday. 11 on 11 walk throughs provided the first glimpse of what the potential starting offense and defense could look like including newcomers Bryce Callahan and Kyle Van Noy starting early on. Head coach Brandon Staley also addressed the media and provided a couple of nuggets. Star safety Derwin James had off-season surgery to repair a labrum injury sustained early in the season. Pass rusher Khalil Mack was working off to the side as a precaution, and linebacker Kenneth Murray watched practice from the sideline as he continues to work back from ankle surgery.
