In this edition of Locked on Capitals I'm joined by Richard Blosser of the Grit & Bear It Podcast as we talk about the cuts the Washington Capitals made to their roster ahead of the Hershey Bears training camp which started one Monday. Washington sent Hendrix Lapierre and Vincent Iorio to Hershey while also placing Garrett Pilon, Bobby Nardella, Beck Malenstyn, Gabriel Carlsson, Dylan McIlrath and Zach Fucale on waivers.

We then talk about the some notable names still at camp include Aliaksei Protas and Lucas Johansen, who might make the opening night roster.

In the final segment we talk about Richard Blosser's thoughts on the Hershey Bears and his outlook for their season. To end the show Dan talks about his thoughts on The Washington Capitals upcoming season.
