Tampa Bay Buccaneers release of Donovan Smith doesn't force an early NFL Draft pick if free agents like Kelvin Beachum are targeted by the Bucs this off-season.
Just because the Bucs have released their left tackle doesn't force their hand in the draft if they make proper precautions. Beachum and Kansas City Chiefs right tackle Andrew Wylie could be part of those.
