Big Ten Media Days are next week, when the players and coaches around the conference tell you all about how much better they've gotten over the offseason. There is never too much substance in the quotes retrieved from Indianapolis, but this year provides an opportunity to pick the brains of the top coaches and players as the conference adds teams and realignment sits and the front of everyone's mind.
