Every Tuesday is the State of the Program show and this particular episode deals with an entire state, the state of Illinois. Two Big Ten teams within the Land of Lincoln are off to a tremendous start to the college basketball season, especially within conference action. Both Northwestern and Illinois find themselves ranked in the top 20 in the country. The Wildcats are a perfect 3-0 in Big Ten play and sit atop the entire league, while the Illini are 3-1 in conference action throughout a tough slate.
