Everyone in the Big Ten wins with USC and UCLA joining the conference, but only one football program in the conference consistently puts out nationally relevant teams year in and year out. Ohio State football has plenty to gain from adding the two Los Angeles schools, but is there any threat that they pose to the Ohio State dominance? Jay Stephens joins Nate Dickinson to get the perspective from the top of the Big Ten football mountain. Jay says the Ohio State football recruiting dominance could get rivaled by a program with the prestige of USC, but also points out how Ohio State is definitely just as much a winner as any other current Big Ten team (despite having the most to lose).

Later, Nate Dickinson and Jacob Rude go over the possibilities for the future of Big Ten divisions and what could come next. Pods have been one of the more popular options in speculation, so Nate gives Jacob his ideal four pods of four teams that would be best for the conference with 16 teams (and the "fun but will never happen" pods as well).
