Baylor football took Texas Tech to the woodshed. Dave Aranda and company put it on the Red Raiders, winning in Lubbock 45-17. That's just laughably dominant. Moreover, Joey McGuire threw three quarterbacks into the fire — and all three threw interceptions. It was just one of those nights for Texas Tech.
The Bears also held the ball for 40 minutes in this contest. Richard Reese went for 150 yards and three touchdowns. Blake Shapen filled a role. Altogether, you can't ask for much better play from an offense that has had its struggles over the course of the year.
With teams like Oklahoma, TCU, Kansas State and Texas left on the schedule, get ready for a dogfight to end this season. Baylor somehow still controls its own destiny.
