Since being retained in his head coaching position in December, Baylor head coach Dave Aranda has laid out a plan and is building a staff that should evoke confidence in the fan base. Former SMU assistant coach Khenon Hall has become Aranda's associate head coach and is flipping four star recruits, Jake Spavital has hinted at a return to the offense Baylor fans loved in the Art Briles era, and legendary TCU head coach Gary Patterson will be a senior strategic consultant and will be the perfect soundboard for Aranda.

In that same arena, the No. 1 RB recruit in Oklahoma, four star prospect Caden Knighten committed to the Bears Tuesday, once again attributing his interest in the program to Hall, who was the first coach to offer him a scholarship after his freshman season.
