Brandon Saad found the net about a minute and a half into the game, and with Nathan MacKinnon flying around like Mighty Mouse, things were looking good. But as each minute ticked off the clock and the Avs still had a lonely '1' on the scoreboard, bad thoughts started creeping into our heads. Arizona would tie it late in the 2nd, but Captain Gabe Landeskog saved the day with an OT winner in the last minute. We should be happy the Avs emerged with a win, but why was it so damn difficult??
