Avs and Ross Colton Agree to a 4 year $16 Million Deal to Avoid Arbitration

The Colorado Avalanche avoided an arbitration hearing with Ross Colton and hammered out a deal that will pay the newly acquired member of the team $4 million annually for the next four years. Most in the sports community figured the deal would be between $3-4 million. Even though that's right where it came in at, many were thinking it was a little bit of an overpay. We discuss our thoughts on the deal.
