Avalanche Struggles Against Arizona Continue. Lose 6-3. Four Game Winning Streak Ends

What is it with these Arizona Coyotes and their hold on the Colorado Avalanche? The Avs came into Mullett Arena riding a four game winning streak and feeling pretty good. All that is over now.

The Coyotes looked fresh and energized in routing the Avs 6-3. Colorado, who has been taking control of games after slow starts and not letting up, just could seem to gain full control of the game. There were moments that seemed like the Avs were ready to take off, then something would happen to negate the momentum. Like a Mikko Rantanen goal overturned due to Cale Makar being offsides.
