Avalanche Bounce Back With a 5-2 Win Over Dallas

We've been saying it for the majority of the season. This is the Colorado Avalanche of this year. Follow up a loss with a solid win. It's why we have so much confidence that this team can at least return to the Stanley Cup finals.

Following the loss to the Minnesota Wild which could have had them atop the Central Division, the Avs followed it up against a team right there with them in the standings in the Dallas Stars and sent Dallas packing with a 5-2 win.

JT Compher hit the 50 point mark for the first time in his career, and Mikko Rantanen is now one goal shy from his first 50 goals season. Nathan MacKinnon is also on the door step of a career high, just 3 points shy of 100 on the year.
