Episode 198 -- It became official on Monday night: Liam Hendriks won't be returning to the Oakland Athletics in 2021. Obviously this had been a forgone conclusion for months now, but should the A's be paying big bucks for relievers anyway?
In the second segment, Jason talks about Rob Manfred's announcement (via Bob Nightengale) to expect spring training to start on time and for a full 162 game regular season. We still don't know about the fate of the universal DH, if there will be expanded playoffs or what, if any, changes there will be to the health and safety protocols, but there will be baseball (for now).
