Using the 3 Buckets of Sales to Hit Your Sales Goal

When you set a sales goal, you will want to run this goal through the 3 buckets of sales to identify what you need to do in each bucket to hit this goal. We have 3 ways to increase sales: Increase Customer Count, Increase Customer Frequency or Increase Dollar Average. But take the goal and using your business numbers run them through the buckets. We will walk through an example in today’s episode.
